We had a really great experience working with Chris. Initially, we were a little nervous to be assigned an agent through Zillow but we quickly learned that we were SO LUCKY to work with him. We met with a couple of realtors and Chris was the most responsive, most upfront and happy to answer every question we had (and there were a lot). He took the time to visit each house that we were interested in and gave honest feedback about the area and what the pros/cons were. We never felt pressure to look outside of our budget or to reevaluate our wants/needs, and we were successful in finding the perfect place for us. Buying a house from another state and in a different time zone was daunting but we were really fortunate to work with someone who took the time to make videos of several properties and send them same day with a list of details so we never felt like we were missing out on anything. He coordinated repairs for us, negotiated concessions and clearly communicated every step of the way. Overall our experience working with Chris was great and we’d definitely recommend him to a friend or family member.

Christopher use to be a coach and you can tell, because he GENUINELY cares about people and you as a homebuyer. He is patient and wants to be sure you find the best option for your family’s needs! If I could, I would give Christopher 100 stars, and even that wouldn’t do him justice. He took into account every wish we had and narrowed our search, based on what we like and don’t like, eventually finding us our dream starter home. Thank you Christopher!
